Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elintic platform, applications, APIs, AI features, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Elintic Solutions LLP ("Elintic", "we", "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description
Elintic provides a cloud-based no-code and AI-enabled application platform that enables users to design, deploy, automate, and operate digital workflows and applications. We may update, enhance, or modify the Service to improve performance, security, or functionality.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must have legal authority to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your accounts. You must ensure that your users comply with these Terms.
3. License Grant
Elintic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription solely for your internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Applications and Responsibility
The Service allows you to create applications, workflows, and AI solutions ("Customer Applications"). You are solely responsible for how Customer Applications operate, the data they process, compliance with laws and regulations, and security configurations you control. Elintic provides platform tools only and does not control or validate Customer Applications.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights in data and content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant Elintic the limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Service, ensure security, provide support, and improve platform performance using anonymized and aggregated data only. Data processing for enterprise customers is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
6. AI Features and Output
AI features are assistive tools. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice. Elintic may use anonymized service data to improve AI systems. We do not sell Customer Data.
7. Security and Support Access
Elintic implements industry-standard safeguards. Support personnel may access Customer Data only when necessary for troubleshooting and under confidentiality and access controls.
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may occur with notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. Service level commitments, if any, are defined in separate agreements.
9. Beta and Experimental Features
Features marked beta, preview, or experimental are provided as-is with no warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
10. Subprocessors
Elintic may engage third-party subprocessors. A current list is available on our website.
11. Intellectual Property
Elintic retains all rights in the platform, software, APIs, documentation, and AI systems. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
12. Fees and Payment
Fees are billed according to your subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
13. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for purposes of the Service.
14. Audit and Security Testing
Customers may not conduct security testing without written permission. Security reviews may be satisfied through third-party audit reports and documentation.
15. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination, Customer Data will be available for export for a limited period, after which it will be securely deleted according to our retention policy.
16. Third-Party Integrations
Elintic is not responsible for third-party applications or services integrated by the Customer.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Elintic against claims arising from Customer Applications, Customer Data, or violations of these Terms.
18. Warranties Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elintic’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Elintic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
20. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
21. Termination
Either party may terminate for breach. We may suspend accounts for violations or non-payment.
22. Order of Precedence
In case of conflict: Order Form, then DPA, then these Terms.
23. Export and Compliance
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
24. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
25. Governing Law
For customers in India, these Terms are governed by Indian law. For US customers, California law applies. For EU customers, applicable EU data laws apply where required.
