Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Elintic Solutions LLP ("Elintic", "Processor") and the customer ("Customer", "Controller") governing use of the Elintic platform and services ("Service").
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
1. Roles of the Parties
Customer acts as the Data Controller. Elintic acts as the Data Processor.
2. Subject Matter and Duration
Processing relates to Customer’s use of the Service.
3. Nature and Purpose of Processing
Elintic processes personal data to host applications, provide platform functionality, maintain security, provide support, and maintain logs and backups.
4. Types of Personal Data
May include names, email addresses, user identifiers, contact details, device and usage data, and data uploaded by Customer.
5. Categories of Data Subjects
Customer employees, end users, business contacts, and other individuals whose data Customer processes.
6. Processor Obligations
Elintic processes data only on instructions, ensures confidentiality, implements security measures, assists with data subject rights, and deletes or returns data upon termination.
7. Subprocessors
Elintic may engage subprocessors and remains responsible for them.
8. Data Breach Notification
Elintic will notify Customer without undue delay of breaches.
9. Deletion or Return of Data
Data will be deleted or returned after termination unless required to retain.
